What it is

Insurance that pays if your builder can't.

Domestic building insurance has defined eligibility requirements and claim conditions. It is not general cover for every defect, delay or disagreement. Check the policy issued for your work and current official guidance.

A builder’s facility relates to eligibility to obtain project insurance. It does not establish the insured amount, claim entitlement or coverage for your individual home.

Lambert York's confirmed facility is $20 million, increased in 2025. TODO: Pat to supply the current insurer and certificate of eligibility with its validity dates.
