Project information and estimates

Website content is general information, not a personal recommendation, offer to build or binding quotation. Indicative prices, timeframes, photographs, project examples and descriptions are not a specification for your project. Site conditions, approvals, scope and selections affect price and timing.

An enquiry, consultation, preliminary estimate or website statement does not create a building contract. No quote is binding unless expressly agreed in writing by authorised parties under the applicable quotation or contract terms. Building work is governed by a separately signed contract, applicable Victorian building law and project-specific approvals and insurance.

Descriptions of an insurance facility do not replace the insurer's terms or your project's certificate. Obtain and review project-specific documentation before entering a contract or paying a deposit.
